Against the Sell-Out of Ex-Athens Airport

Περισσότερα από 2500 άτομα συνέρρευσαν  
την Παρασκευή 15 Ιουλίου 2011 στην 

όμορφη παραλία του Αγ.Αλεξάνδρου για να διαδηλώσουν 

την αντίθεση τους στο ξεπούλημα του πρώην αεροδρομίου

του Ελληνικού στα ιδιωτικά οικονομικά συμφέροντα

και να εκφράσουν με αποφασιστικό τρόπο την θέληση τους 

για την δημιουργία ανοιχτού, δημόσιου, κοινωνικού

Μητροπολιτικού Πάρκου στην περιοχή.

Ήταν μια υπέροχη πανσέληνος, η θάλασσα ήταν ζεστή και 

(σχεδόν) καθαρή, οι άνθρωποι ήταν χαρούμενοι και

το Rave ήταν τέλειο!

Θα θέλαμε να ευχαριστήσουμε όλους τους ακτιβιστές από 

την "Επιτροπή Αγώνα για το Μητροπολιτικό Πάρκο Ελληνικού"

που βοήθησαν με όλες τους τις δυνάμεις 
στην επίτευξη του Φεστιβάλ και στην ενημέρωση μας 
σχετικά με τα ζητήματα της περιοχής.

Θα θέλαμε να ευχαριστήσουμε όλους τους 
καλλιτέχνες που έπαιξαν underground

μουσικές και οπτικές τέχνες στα 2 stage, 

όπως επίσης και τους πολιτισμικούς ακτιβιστές από το 
Κενό Δίκτυο που οργάνωσαν και επιμελήθηκαν 
το φεστιβάλ, δούλεψαν αφιλοκερδώς όλο το βράδυ, 
και καθάρισαν όλη την περιοχή το πρωί 
με την  ανεκτίμητη βοήθεια 

πολλών από τους παρευρισκομένους.

Θα θέλαμε επίσης να ευχαριστήσουμε 
τους δύο καλλιτέχνες από την Νότια Αφρική

τον Rubix Qube και τον Biorythm που 
προσέφεραν δύο θαυμάσιες συναυλίες 

για τον κοινωνικό αγώνα μας

Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ για όλους 
τους φίλους και συντρόφους.

More than 2500 people gathered at the beautifull beach

of Ag.Aleksandros to demonstrate against the sell-out of the 

ex-Athens Airport to the private interests and for

the creation of Mertopolitan Park at the area.

It was a wonderfull Full Moon night, the sea was hot and 

allmost clean, the people were happy and the Rave was 

great!

We would like to thank all the artists that played 

underground music and visual arts at the 2 stages 

and all 

cultural activists from Void Network 
that organized the event, 

took care of the festival, worked all night 
without any personal

payment and cleaned all the area in the morning 
with the priceless help of many people.

We would like also to especialy thank the two artists from

South Africa, Rubix Qube and Biorythm, that offered 

their live acts for our cause and for our great pleasure.
