Welcome to the Desert

The entire disability of the State, the Representative Democracy and the Economy of Market to resolve the problems of our life was revealed in the 3 days that Peloponnese and South Evvoia were burned among many other areas in Greece during the August 2007. Whoever does not admit that is because he has direct profits from the destruction of Earth

The great force of the society revealed (as so many times until now) in the direct organization and the self-sacrificial solidarity of the residents that fought all together to save their villages. It was also revealed in the unselfishness and the courage of all the simple people that they went immediately there to offer their help .

The great beauty of nature is hidden in the terror and the uncountable sorrow of all of us for her disappearance.

The natural great love of all of us for the clouds, the forests, the oceans and the animals of the Earth is hidden in our sad eyes and in the horror that is expressed from our silent howl.

There are existing many people that will gain billions of Euros on the ashes of the burned forests as they gain billions day by day on the ashes of our miserable life.

The desert day after day unfolds in our hearts as it unfolds also in our world. Our world in any case unfortunately is very limited as we are lost in our individual and collective delusions.

The enormous streets, the expensive cars, the huge super markets, the luxurious hotels and restaurants are part of the desert. The political parties, the hallucinations of the market and our way of slavery- life cannot lead us outside from the desert because all these are also parts of the desert. They will still exist many governors and thousands small or big businessmen that they will become rich from the desert and that will govern the desert of our life.

The nature however offered us now the gift that we henceforth can observe all them and it will be possible for us to fight against them.

When we fight-
we fight for our lives .

Aim of our fight is to take our life back from all those that they stole it from us. Each one of our needs and each one of our wishes as it is a reason of profit is also a battle-field .

The critical thought, the spirit of dissent and the essential refusal of obedience in the fairy-tale that the sovereign culture sell us are our weapons.

The autonomous direct action and the self-organization of our spontaneous social initiatives are our healthy breathing.

Καλωσήρθατε στην έρημο

Ολόκληρη η ανικανότητα του κράτους, της αντιπροσωπευτικής δημοκρατίας και της οικονομίας της αγοράς να λύσουν τα προβλήματα της ζωής μας φανερώθηκε στις 3 μέρες που κάηκαν μεταξύ άλλων η Πελοπόννησος και η Νότια Εύβοια τον Αύγουστο του 2007. Όποιος δεν το γνωρίζει πλέον και δεν το παραδέχεται είναι γιατί έχει άμεσα συμφέροντα από την καταστροφή της Γης.

Όλη η δύναμη της κοινωνίας αποκαλύφθηκε (όπως και τόσες άπειρες φορές ως τώρα) στην αυτο-οργάνωση και την αλληλέγγυα αυτοθυσία των κατοίκων που αγωνίσθηκαν όλοι μαζί να σώσουν τα χωριά τους. Αποκαλύφθηκε και στην ανιδιοτέλεια όλων αυτών των απλών ανθρώπων που προσέτρεξαν άμεσα από παντού για να τους βοηθήσουν.

Όλη η ομορφιά της φύσης κρύβεται στον τρόμο και την απροσμέτρητη λύπη όλων μας για την εξαφάνιση της.

Η φυσική ανενδοίαστη αγάπη όλων μας για τα σύννεφα, τα δάση, τις θάλασσες και τα ζώα της Γης κρύβεται στα θλιμμένα μάτια μας και στην φρίκη που εκφράζεται από το σιωπηλό ουρλιαχτό μας.

Υπάρχουν πολλοί που θα κερδίσουν δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ πάνω στις στάχτες από τα καμένα δάση όπως κερδίζουν καθημερινά πάνω στις στάχτες της μίζερης ζωής μας.

Η έρημος μέρα με την ημέρα απλώνεται στις καρδιές μας όπως απλώνεται και στον κόσμο μας. Ο κόσμος μας ούτως ή άλλως δυστυχώς είναι πολύ περιορισμένος καθώς χανόμαστε μέσα στις ατομικές και τις συλλογικές μας αυταπάτες .Οι τεράστιοι δρόμοι, τα ακριβά αυτοκίνητα, τα πολυκαταστήματα, τα χλιδάτα ξενοδοχεία και τα ακριβά εστιατόρια είναι μέρος της ερήμου. Τα πολιτικά κόμματα, οι φενακισμοί της αγοράς και ο υποδουλωμένος τρόπος ζωής μας δεν μπορούν να μας οδηγήσουν έξω από την έρημο γιατί είναι και αυτά μέρη της ερήμου. Θα υπάρξουν πολλοί ακόμα κυβερνήτες και χιλιάδες μικροί-μεγάλοι επιχειρηματίες που θα πλουτίζουν από την έρημο και που θα κυβερνούν την έρημο της ζωής μας

Η φύση όμως μας έκανε το δώρο να μπορούμε πλέον να τους παρατηρούμε όλους αυτούς και να μπορούμε να πολεμάμε εναντίον τους.

Όταν πολεμάμε-πολεμάμε για τις ζωές μας.

Σκοπός του αγώνα μας είναι να πάρουμε τη ζωή μας πίσω από όλους αυτούς που μας την στέρησαν. Κάθε ανάγκη μας και κάθε επιθυμία μας όπως είναι αφορμή κέρδους είναι και αφορμή μιας μάχης.

Η κριτική σκέψη, το πνεύμα αμφισβήτησης και η ουσιαστική άρνηση υπακοής στο παραμύθι που μας πουλά η κυρίαρχη κουλτούρα είναι τα όπλα μας.

Η αυτόνομη αδιαμεσολάβητη δράση και η αυτο-οργάνωση των αυθόρμητων κοινωνικών πρωτοβουλιών μας είναι η υγιής αναπνοή μας

Against the distruction of River Axeloos/ 24-25-26 August 2007

Against the burning of mountain Parnitha / Ενάντια στην καταστροφή της Πάρνηθας

This is a manifesto that announces our participation in the demonstration organised by the Greek Bloggers in front the Greek parliament as an outcry for the burning of the ancient forest of mountain Parnitha in the last week outside Athens...



Our participation in the demonstration outside the Greek Parliament on 8 July in the 8.00 evening time against the arson of Parnitha (that has been called by the sensitive self-organised citizens of Athens) doesn’t nourishes delusions. We stand next to all romantic ecologists, we demonstrate together with them but we do not share the same ideas with them .....
We request nothing from the government…
We do not hope in reforestation of mountain Parnitha… We do not wish a sensitive, human and friendly to the environment government to govern our life… We do not dream the moment that our governors will understand our logic and they will control rightly as also honestly this country…
We know that
the planet Earth is not dying…

the Planet Earth has been murdered

and those that killed her

have names and addresses…
When you stand with the hands stretched out and the eyes weeping in front of these persons perhaps this fact is a participation in the murder of Earth and not a fight for the salvation of her…
In the demonstration for Parnitha (as in the all other demonstrations) it would be supposed we go down in the streets with our fists tightened hard and our eyes full of rage for the governors and the rich people of this world…
The dictatorship of elitist democracy, the blackmail of work, the gross stereotypes, the slave-like apathy toward the state and the mechanisms of economy, the exploitation of each need and each wish and the lust of authoritarians for control and fast enrichment would be supposed to make us understand that not only reforestation or protection of nature will not happen but it will not remain any aspect of our life healthy as long as we continue accepting sovereign authoritarian culture and the culture of insignificance that follows it.
Our aim is not to improve the conditions of our captivity in the current society… When we cry for the burned trees, we cry for our life that was lost together with them … When we cry for the forest that was burned, we cry for our life that was burned with the forest…
Is not other our fate from the fate of the forest… Those that burned the forest for wealth and growth and those that protected the interests of the arsonists, the trespassers and the construction companies for one century are those that burned our life and jailing us in modern death-cities, in the isolation of domestic life, the tele-democracy, the private bank lending, the police brutality and the hypnotic consumption.
Those people that killed the rivers and turned to death the light of the Sun very soon will ask again for our vote in order to continue their work… We should find inside us and in our relations the force to interrupt the growth of this ill world.
We should destroy this existing situation, we have to attack the coercion and the exploitation, we have to deny the demotion of life in miserable survival.
This is a starting line in order to speak for the ecological sensitivity and this is the point where ecology meets with the inversion, the revolt, the insurrection.
We cannot stand as beggars in front of the torturers and the murderers of Earth without fighting the power that created all these situations.
It would be at least contradictory to speak about the salvation of Earth, if simultaneously we don’t attack to what is the cause for her destruction.
We will meet very soon in the streets.

Η συμμετοχή μας στην διαδήλωση έξω από την Βουλή στις 8 Ιουλίου στις 8.00 το βράδυ ενάντια στον εμπρησμό της Πάρνηθας που καλούν οι ευαίσθητοι πολίτες της Αθήνας δεν τρέφει αυταπάτες. Στεκόμαστε δίπλα σε όλους τους ρομαντικούς οικολόγους, διαδηλώνουμε μαζί τους αλλά δεν μοιραζόμαστε τις ίδιες ιδέες με αυτούς…..Δεν αιτούμαστε τίποτα από την εξουσία…Δεν ελπίζουμε σε καμία αναδάσωση της Πάρνηθας…Δεν επιθυμούμε έναν ευαίσθητο, ανθρώπινο και φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον τρόπο διακυβέρνησης της ζωής μας…Δεν ονειρευόμαστε την στιγμή που οι κυβερνήτες μας θα καταλάβουν τα αυτονόητα και θα κυβερνήσουν σωστά και τίμια αυτή τη χώρα…
Γνωρίζουμε ότι
O Πλανήτης Γη δεν πεθαίνει…

Ο Πλανήτης Γη δολοφονείται

και αυτοί που τον σκοτώνουν

έχουν ονόματα και διευθύνσεις…
Το να στέκεσαι με τα χέρια απλωμένα και τα μάτια δακρυσμένα απέναντι σε αυτούς τους ανθρώπους ίσως είναι συμμετοχή στην δολοφονία της Γης και όχι αγώνας για την σωτηρία της…Στην διαδήλωση για την Πάρνηθα (όπως και σε όλες τις άλλες διαδηλώσεις) θα έπρεπε να κατεβαίνουμε στον δρόμο με τις γροθιές μας σφιγμένες και τα μάτια γεμάτα οργή για τους κυβερνήτες και τους πλούσιους αυτού του κόσμου…
Το πραξικόπημα της ελιτιστικής δημοκρατίας, ο εκβιασμός της εργασίας, τα χονδροειδή στερεότυπα, η δουλική απάθεια απέναντι στο κράτος και τους μηχανισμούς της οικονομίας, η εκμετάλλευση κάθε ανάγκης και κάθε επιθυμίας και η αδηφαγία της εξουσίας για έλεγχο και γρήγορο πλουτισμό θα έπρεπε να μας κάνουν να καταλαβαίνουμε ότι όχι μόνο αναδάσωση ή προστασία της φύσης δεν θα συμβεί αλλά δεν θα μείνει ούτε μια πτυχή της ζωής μας υγιείς όσο συνεχίζουμε να αποδεχόμαστε της κυρίαρχη κουλτούρα και τον πολιτισμό της ασημαντότητας που την συνοδεύει.
Το ζήτημα δεν είναι να βελτιώσουμε τις συνθήκες της αιχμαλωσίας μας στην σημερινή κοινωνία…Δεν λυπούμαστε για τα δέντρα, λυπούμαστε για την ζωή μας που χάθηκε όταν τα δέντρα χάθηκαν μαζί της…Δεν λυπούμαστε για το δάσος που κάηκε, λυπούμαστε για την ζωή μας που κάηκε μαζί με το δάσος…Δεν είναι άλλη η μοίρα μας από την μοίρα του δάσους…Αυτοί που έκαψαν το δάσος για χάρη του πλουτισμού και της ανάπτυξης και αυτοί που προστάτευσαν τα συμφέροντα των εμπρηστών, των καταπατητών και των κατασκευαστικών εταιριών για έναν αιώνα είναι αυτοί που πυρπόλησαν και την ζωή μας φυλακίζοντας μας στις σύγχρονες νεκροπόλεις της απομόνωσης, της τηλεδημοκρατίας, του τραπεζικού δανεισμού, της αστυνομοκρατίας και της αποβλακωμένης κατανάλωσης.
Αυτοί που σκότωσαν τα ποτάμια και έκαναν θάνατο το φως του Ήλιου σύντομα θα ζητήσουν την ψήφο μας για να συνεχίσουν το έργο τους…Πρέπει να βρούμε μέσα μας και μέσα στις σχέσεις μας την δύναμη να διακόψουμε την ανάπτυξη του άρρωστου αυτού κόσμου.
Πρέπει να καταστρέψουμε την υπάρχουσα κατάσταση, να επιτεθούμε σε κάθε καταναγκασμό και εκμετάλλευση, να αρνηθούμε τον υποβιβασμό της ζωής σε μίζερη επιβίωση.
Αυτή είναι μια αφετηρία για να μιλήσουμε για την οικολογική ευαισθησία και πως αυτή συναντιέται με την ανατροπή και την εξέγερση. Δεν μπορούμε να στεκόμαστε σαν ζητιάνοι μπροστά στους βασανιστές και τους δολοφόνους της Γης δίχως να πολεμάμε τις εξουσίες που δημιούργησαν όλες αυτές τις καταστάσεις.
Θα ήταν τουλάχιστον αντιφατικό να μιλάμε για τον αγώνα σωτηρίας της Γης, αν ταυτόχρονα δεν επιτεθόμασταν σε ό,τι ευθύνεται για την καταστροφή της.
Θα συναντηθούμε σύντομα στους δρόμους.

Total Freedom World Tour participation in the Resistance Art Festival

Many teknival sound system trucks arrived in the Rostock Anti G8 campsite in the middle of the night...We were expecting our friends for many days...Collectives from France succeeded to arrive but the english groups faced the brutality of the German police as their convoy was victim of a police attack that destroyed a lot of their machines in the middle of the night and sent them back to U.K. without anyone ever hearing about this action of dictatorship and state violence...We set up our screens and video projectors, Global Eye played a few thousand pictures, Natural High and Void Network djs played music through the sunrise...The rave will continue for 5 days non stop...all the income from the donations and the bar directly will cover the costs of feeding some thousands of activists during the blockades against the G8 summit on the 6th and 7th of June 2007 in North Germany This whole international free festival is based on the direct and clear manifesto:

Anti G8 Rostok Camp/ Participation of Total Freedom World Tour in Open Spaces Workshop with John Holloway

Total Freedom World Tour (Void Network, Global Eye and Natural High) participated for two days in the workshops organized by John Holloway and other Autonomists from India, Mexico, Italy, USA, England, Spain, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Germany and Kenya in the Anti G8 camp of Rostock with members of many different collectives and movements from all around the world...Subjects as "the survival of the communities", "the relation or non relation with the state", "violence and non_violence"," repression, defense and confrontation with authority inside and outside of the movements" as also a big discussion about the open spaces, outopias, new ways of communal life took place in this 2 day meeting of activists...The 7 minutes talk about the 17 years of Void Network by a member of our collective was recieved enthousiasticaly by all people...Good contacts were established and there was so many fascinating different opinions making the experience really interesting, opening your ears to all the point of views and truly interesting to participate in such debates...

City and Action

The construction of the city reflects its limits , its barriers , its submission to concrete rates , to concrete tunes , to concrete colours , to determinate lines ; this is the form of the city , this is the appearance of the city...or rather this is not the form , this is not the appearance of the city...we are here to modify the obvious roads of the pedestrians...we can also walk in the middle of the roads , the roads belong to us...We are here to modify the grey misery , we are here all together out of the luxurious hut of our plastic,our counterfeit desires , we are here "out - inside" the city!

The group AKTO (athenian group of art and technology) invited everyone to an open discussion with subject:Action and the cityDate: Tuesday, May 29, 07.

Place: at the AKTO theatre, 3 Kranaou st., Koumoundourou sq.
The discussion referred to the fact that architects and artists organize actions in the city. On occasion, these are either site-specific events, interventions in public space and urban voids, or graffiti on walls. Rostock / Convergence Center / Fight Against G8

Total Freedom World Tour arrived in the Convergence Center of the Fight Against G8 in Rostock, in the Baltic Sea of north Germany...
Yesterday night we organized small party here for to meet all people on the dancefloor...The weather is hot, the feeling is great and all people working hard for the preperations of the actions Against G8...The camp near Rostok is allready open and many people are there...The atmosphere in the Anti G8 camps is like Rainbow gatherings...Everybody share food, drinks and smiles to each other and is a best place to meet some of the most wonderfull people from the planet Earth, to co-ordinate actions with them and to make connections for the movements of future that comes...

These are photos from German Media about the demonstration that happened in Hamburg on the 28th of May 2007 against the globalization of capitalism on the same date of the ASEM Summit where European Union met with the elit of Asian suppresive governments and corporations.

HAMBURG>situation 4>Workshop, lecture, films>Rote Flora

The night started after the end of the Reclaim the Streets...60 people were arrested and many people in Rote Flora were working with the lawyers for solidarity...More than 100 came in the central room of Rote Flora for this 5 hours event of multimedia lectures, workshops and film shows... Our situation started with an inspirational workshop with individuals associated with the Crimethinc Ex-Workers Collective about how insurrectionary activity leads to the creation, not of isolated individuals, but of collective power, so that starting from the personal understandings you lead in the decision to participate in collectives and working together with people...Void Network and Global Eye continued the night with the reading of the lecture: "Fragments from the arising of a Kosmo-Political Consiousness" that tries to combine the everyday life with the future utopia here and now...Global Eye made some spectacular void art visual show and eveybody travelled through the words and images in the decision to put their dreams in action:
"The barbaric and irrational laws of today and all the inhuman contemporary forms of legislation, if compared with the past legislations and laws, prove that there is no hope for any reference to an ideal past and that a free society of free humans could have never existed. Therefore all of us – and only us - the humans that are awakened by the pain of “the Other” will be able to cultivate our political and philosophical thought; the thought that will awaken the consciousness of humans who live imprisoned by the barbarism and the inhumanity of laws and legislation of our days- by focusing on free dialogue, creative thought, exploration of our philosophical consciousness, political consciousness, and critical thinking...

...We will travell towards a self-realization of humanity that has never been achieved in past societies.

Absence of all particulars, this constitutes the socio-political universe in which we live.

We have to announce: Cosmos (world) without hierarchy, humans who obey no one, a society indifferent in the possession of Plutos (wealth), leaders who do not command, culture without ethics, without sin and without cause for sin, society with out social classes, a society without Kratos (state), armies, prisons and police, nation-spheres without borders, economies without profit, markets without commerce, to work and not to serve, to live a life free of struggle for survival…"

The night continued with the showing of the film Lucky People Center International from Lucky People Center International Collective a film made by film makers, artists and musicians that travelled around the world and combined images, ideas and sounds from people that through their very existance deny globalization of capitalism and offer another direction of travell for earth in space, time and history

Then it was the film "Breaking the Spell" that is a 1999 anarchist documentary, directed by Tim Lewis, Tim Ream, and Sir Chuck A. Rock. Using amateur camera footage recorded by protesters at the scene of the WTO of Saettle it documents the riot from the perspective of the anarchists, their opinions of fellow protesters, local politicians...

As a conclusion of the night we showed "The Society of the Spectacle" by Guy Debord...

Then we continued our night by making the "Total Freedom" banner for the next day´s demonstration

The Fight for Free Education is a Fight against Capitalism

participation in the demonstration of the students of Hamburg against the obligatory student fees and the comercialization of public education in Europe!

It was like a parade of all the powers of German police during a demo of about
500 people!
The antifascists came in the front of the demo carying a banner that was sending a clear message:
"Education is not for sale!Smash Capitalism!"
Artcore Collective organized with us a sound system for this demo....A second sound system was also organized by the students...Our sound system burned out half way but people continued dancing in the sounds of drum n"bass and speaches of the students...A memeber of Void network spoke for the sake of international students mentioning that this fight of the students in Germany is one and same with the fights of all students in Europe...in Greece, in Italy, in France, in Spain...a fight for Free Open Public Education for All...He mentioned also that a fight for free education is a fight against capitalism...a fight against G8...and when he shouted "Fight Against Capitalism! The only Solution is Revolution!!"
all the people shouted back together "Revolution!"
The AntiFascists opened the way and sustained the powers of the demonstrators until the end...It was a humilliation of any "representative democracy" system...The police tryed to stop the demo using many excuses...that the use of a banner bigger than 1.5m is not allowed ...that it is not allowed to jump...that it is not allowed to come in the center of the city...all these reasons...reasons to brake the people, keep them standing for hours surrounded by full-armed riot policemen and make them dissapointed and depressed...
The Necropolis is the city of the future...
